About Our Business

Drawing on more than 30 years experience, Lead Partners assists business and individuals not only with their accounting and taxation requirements but also provides business improvement advice, management and consulting services.

Lead Partners was established in 2007 and currently has two partners, Kristina Hassan and Sharyn Boulton.

Sharyn Boulton has had over 30 years experience in the accounting and tax industry.  During her years in public practice Sharyn has gained valuable experience in business advisory, helping clients improve business performance through financial management reporting and analysis.  She also has experience in all aspects of tax, from tax planning, tax advice, BAS preparation to year end compliance.    

Kristina Hassan has been working in the accounting industry for over 30 years. Prior to establishing Lead Partners, she was a partner in a mid-tier accounting practice in the Corporate Taxation Division.

During her years in practice Kristina has gained experience in business and compliance services, financial management, taxation advice and strategic planning. She has experience in many industries including manufacturing, fuel, retail, catering and fast food outlets.
